"TAG a new value on project"
TAGとは英語で商品などに名称や価値を示す札を意味します。建物のデザインや計画によっては周辺環境の治安や不動産価値をも変動させることがあります。私達は建築や空間により生まれる効果を考えることを重要視しています。
"価値創造し定着させる(TAG)"という設計哲学は建築主をはじめ、地域の人々に寄与する姿勢を表しています。設計は「未来を見通すための技術」であり、不動産資産の活用を目指す上で欠いてはならない社会的に重要な技術だと考えています。私達はこうした技術を正しく用いて、クライアントの資産性向上の目的に向けて活動する専門家集団です。
“TAG” refers to a label that conveys a name or value. In architecture, design and planning can influence not only a building itself but also the surrounding environment—affecting public safety and even real estate value. We place great importance on understanding and shaping the impact that architecture and space can generate.

価値創造を実現した場所がたくさん増えることで、街は豊かになっていきます。私たちが描こうとする未来は町に素敵な空間が溢れています。近隣住民はもちろん、遠 方から訪れる人が笑顔で楽しく滞在することで、「この町で過ごせてよかった」と思える未来を実現します。
思い出に残る町には素敵なお店やお家がたくさんあります。庭先や公園も整えられ、風景を感じるような街並みを作っていきます。

価値創造された空間は長くその場所に存在することで価値が浸透します。日本の不動産価値は減価償却や耐用年数で評価されがちですが、長く続く店舗には残存価値よりも存在価値が高いと考えています。
私たちは町に長く存在する素敵な場所を、クライアントの皆様の描くライフビジョンに応えるようなデザインで実現します。ユーザーとなるクライアントの皆様が人生の豊かさを獲得し、愛着が生まれ、長くその町に寄与していただける価値を生み出します。
Spaces shaped through value creation gain depth as they endure. By remaining in place over time, their value gradually permeates the surrounding environment and community. In Japan, real estate is often assessed through depreciation and statutory service life. However, we believe that for places that continue to thrive—especially long-standing shops—their true worth lies not in residual value, but in their enduring presence.
